We have put in requests online and even had our realtor call. When the tech arrived, he just walked in, didnt bother to remove his shoes and didnt have the common courtesy to ask if he should remove shoes. He stepped on the new carpet and I was upset from that, he then reported to Invitation Homes that I had an "unauthorized" pet on the premises which is my 6 lb cat.

I sent the proof of the application to whomever it was that sent me the ridiculous email. Like Procare is just being sent to be nosy and to be making false accusations like they did today.
